Burbon Chicken is inedible. Rubbery and Tough Chicken Fried Rice rice is good Chicken is boiled has a weird texture. With a extra egg roll it was almost $20 We have eaten here before it was good then we got a expensive like this last one and didn't go back for awhile. We have eaten here twice again and it was good then this time it goes in the trash. So beware if you get the chicken

We have ordered from this restaurant many times. The ONE time they get our order WRONG, they argued with us about it. They said their security cameras would show what my husband ordered. It's been several days since the order and they have yet to show us any security footage! They clearly don't know the adage "The CUSTOMER is always RIGHT" That is just fine. We will go to China House from now on , where our order is always RIGHT and they won't ARGUE when THEY make a mistake!

The food is fine. However, I got home with my carryout order, and they gave me a wrong entree. I took it back and explained I had ordered sweet and sour chicken, not orange chicken. The girl ARGUED with me saying I had ordered the orange chicken. She DID correct it, but she acted like she was inconvenienced for doing it. I AM EDITING MY REVIEW TO RESPOND TO THE OWNER. You state that you checked the surveillance video? I want to see it! Post it here. You have the option to include videos and photos. The sweet and sour I had ordered was for my wife. She has a very LOW tolerance for spicy food. I know there isn't MUCH spice in your orange chicken -- in fact I suggested she go ahead and eat -- but one bite and she had to stop. I ordered the sweet and sour because it is one of the few dishes on a Chinese menu that is never spicy no matter what restaurant you go to. I did NOT order orange chicken. Before I came back, I would have checked my receipt, but the young woman waiting on me never offered a receipt nor did she give me one. If I had had a receipt, I would have at least checked it. But you can check your video for that as well.
