Chris and his team at Indy Turf and Landscape were fantastic! Initial consult was thorough and informative. Chris was receptive to what we wanted and recommended low maintenance, practically foolproof , landscape design. (No green thumbs here!) His enthusiastic willingness to answer all my questions was a bonus!! Complete with awesome landscape renderings, timely communication and quality work! Couldnt be more pleased with the end result! My overall experience ended up being disappointing. I felt like the design was good and that the installation went pretty well. A couple of the shrubs that were installed were half-dead - literally one side of each bush was dead. I had some trouble reaching Chris after the installation was done, but he did eventually respond to me. I asked for some advice on what to do with the bushes, and he said that he was going to replace them. I have not heard from him since. My experience was mixed, but ultimately disappointing.
