Ed Martin Chrysler in Anderson has gone way down on customer service! We had our vehicle preorder, and still sat for more than 2 hours just to get paperwork and our vehicle. With kids, this is a joke. We received no updates on process and why so long, unless we asked. Honestly, it comes down to just being good at customer service and telling us where we are in line and about how long. I would not recommend Jackson as a salesman or Ed Martin to anyone.

They hadn't been really awesome about making sure my car is fixed and in great condition. I appreciate everyone there that helped me out, you've all been amazing.

~ Verified Service You always are great with my car usually but You have dented the bottom of my car when putting up on the lift as that is where the marks are at when you have on the lift! So not so great! Ive worked hard to get this car and even though it is a 2016 it is still new to me and wanted to keep nice! As this happened when you put the tires on in January !!!! So yes unhappy! And didnt find this out until this month when I had an inspection done at Ed Martin Chevy! So unhappy!
