I have been in health care for 11 years and I can say hands down, this is the best company I have ever worked for. Management is super involved with their staff, which is a rarity in todays world. The office staff do their absolute best to take care of the clients and the staff and always see everything through! I do not see my future without this company in it!

It's a five star for the office staff which are great people. I give a one star for the people that are hired. Lack of communication. And it's not that they hire home care aids that are not qualified. Most of them are qualified or overqualified but in today's world those that are hired for the field they don't want to work for the client. They want to work when they want to work and they don't want to adhere to the companies policies not just this company any company. This makes it hard for the clients that don't want to complain to the staff in the office that try to take great care for the clients. And I do understand that sometimes the home care aids don't get paid what they should that has nothing to do with the company itself those home care aids need to not apply if they can't be respectful and communicate and follow policy. It's not fair to the client. Again this is not just for this company this is for all home care agencies.
