I have been banking with them for awhile.  When I am in the credit union always very helpful . But recently I made my house payment thru my account at the Credit union and I was $10.00 short they returned my house payment causing me another fee and charged me $35.00 for a returned check.  I have never missed a house payment or had a returned check. I am 70 years old and I have worked in banking before and I know how things worked but we used to call our customers before returning a check to give them a chance to correct the problem.  I have direct deposit and my paycheck would have been deposited the next day but that was not considered. If they had looked at the account they would have seen that we have a good history with them but no just return that payment and the credit union will gain another $35.I am highly disappointed that all the automation has taken away the good customer service and relationship building with their customers.  For $10.00I was not worth a phone call or text.  Sad state of business.

Yesterday, they turned off their phone service twenty minutes early, when I needed to talk to someone about setting up an online account. Incredibly frustrating.
