The service was fast and convenient like theyve done it a few times before.
Their camera helped me see exact areas of blockage in my drainage pipe which was helpful too.

I have a plan through HomeServe for coverage on my water heater. From the time that I placed the service call through HomeServe and receiving a call from Estes Excavation and Drain was faster than I could have imagined! The same evening the gentleman that called from Estes was very nice, professional and fast! We set up for him to come and service the water heater the following morning and made a full replacement with a new water heater in just a few short hours. He was very knowledgeable and professional and kept the work area clean and tidy. We also discussed other Homeserve plans that Estes services.. that I might need in the future. I highly recommend Estes Excavation and Drain! Thank you!
