Prior to today I would have given Hallmark a 5 star rating. Our 2 year warranty came to an end in October. We have mold in our air ducts, even while running our dehumidifier year round. The duct people did let us know the cabinet vent was not properly installed and that the ducts were very trash filled. I know this is not Hallmarks fault they contract people out.
I did edit our comment because Hallmark did give us the name and just wish we had a better outcome. I do appreciate them telling us the name. Now just to get our issues fixed. Service: Custom home design

Hello, I am sorry you are experiencing this issue. Your warranty expired in October 2022, and as recently as today the warranty manager has spoken with your husband and giving him the information you’ve been requesting.

Hallmark Homes is the most dishonest, unscrupulous and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They cover up their poor workmanship, lie and squeeze every nickel they can. Don't think signing an arbitration clause is protection for you. Even though we "won" our arbitration, it still cost us to get Hallmark to repair their shoddy work. There are reputable builders out there, avoid Hallmark.

Im so very disappointed in the outcome of my yard, the backyard looks like a ski slope it goes up and down with big humps everywhere and according to Paul the owner this is not their money maker, in my opinion that should not matter they should have done the best job they could have for the amount of money I was charged and they absolutely did not, I live in a very nice house in addition called little Lakes Estates and Im so embarrassed because my neighbors are asking me what are you going to do about your yard and I said oh I cant do anything about it and neither will Hallmark homes. Virginia,We are sorry you are not happy. A beautiful lawn takes years to develop through proper maintenance, fertilization and weed control and mostimportantly a lot of watering. To have an instantly beautiful yard once a home is completed would have cost at least four or five times what your budget was for this yard, which would have been sod and irrigation and importing of pulverized top soil. We are saddened that you would provide us a two star rating for a new home based on this issue.
