TL;DR: After working with a multitude of companies over the past year, EDMONSONS work ethic and customer service was one of the best encountered. We just built a home with a very reputable builder in the Indianapolis area. We worked with many different companies/contractors and I was very shocked by customer service these days. It seemed almost none of the companies had the consumers interest at heart. I say this for comparison. EDMONSONS WAS THE BEST THOUGH. We hired them of our own accord to clean a sofa, loveseat, oversized chair and a light colored rug that has had 3 kids playing on it for years. They brought them all back looking new! They put in extra time on the rug and were determined to deliver it in the best condition. They picked up at our old house, cleaned it all and delivered to the new house a week later! They were very prompt. Communication was perfect. Everyone was super kind and genuinely customer centered. THESE ARE THE COMPANIES WE NEED TO BE SUPPORTING. After my build, I can tell you less and less companies are like this. As consumers, we genuinely need to say no to the companies that are not trying their hardest to make sure the customer is taken care of. Perfect! Picked up and delivered on time. Good communications, the wool rugs visibly cleaner. The picture is before cleaning. Just showing the type of rug they picked up. We had 3 wool rugs cleaned.
