I would like to say ALL OF THE WOMEN at the bank on 53rd ST. are the best staff there is. Every time I go in the bank all of them are very respectful and take the time out to help anyone that comes in there. Reviews in here can't be true because I see them everyday, and I've never had a bad experience with any of them. All of them deserve a raise because I know how it is to deal with customers everyday. I would never change banks because of there staff, keep up the good work ladies.

Today I stopped in this star bank to turn in my rolled coins. As I walked in all three women behind the counter just stared at me as I walked to the counter and did not say anything as I sat my change on counter. I began to open the bag as the lady asked me if I even had an account with and rudely prompted me to JUST leave it all in the bag. The other women behind her just stood there and looked at me as if I was some sort of creature that had a clown hat on! Granted I just got off work, I did have scrubs on, but that doesnt make it okay to treat me poorly. As the woman ripped the bag out of my hand and took off, which she went to go count. She comes back, gets me my cash, and tells me not to waste their time with rolling my change when I come back because they just have to UNROLL it all anyways. I had no idea. After almost 7 years of holding an account with them, I think its time to switch if this is how STAR banks teachers their employees customer service.
