Mike, I forwarded everything to the regional manager who left you a voicemail to discuss. First, we're very sorry you've had a bad experience after your accident. After reading the notes, you were not the responsible party so the rental was to be covered by the other person's insurance and was not something we had any involvement in. - There would have been no ability for us to leave parts in the bed of your truck for "weeks" as it has a tonneau cover which was only removed during the repair and replaced after painting. - We're confused on the damaged tire as the only complaint we received was grease left on the tire by Belle Tire that our detailer missed. We're very sorry about the grease, and that detailer is no longer with the company. - The time frame was 45 days due to in part by the vehicle was here for 2 weeks waiting on insurance approvals which is not something we can speed up in most instances. Some parts were on back order and it had an extensive amount of damage to the rear end of the truck. Due to the part shortage and the amount of damage, this delayed it to the extent it had, but we apologize if that was not communicated clearly. We were under the assumption that after we delivered your car to you at work due to your limited schedule that you were happy with your repair. I'm very sorry that wasn't the case and we'd be happy to rectify the issue with you immediately as our main priority is customer satisfaction.
