Ok I called & had a Adjustable Trailer Hitch, I originally wanted to Powder Coat it & took it out There because of the Man Who Answered the phone & he was So Gentle With talking & Understanding & when I got out to the Shop he looked @ my Piece & Suggested Another Way to Coat it & let me Just say OML it is Beautiful, I asked Questions & he Answered All & made sure I Understood Not N a Bad way and I got it Home put in my Truck & it Looks Amazing, he said before I left he doesnt know how Im going to Handel it so he couldnt really say Exactly how long it would Last the way I Took Delivery of The Item, ( Side Note ) Everyone Treats Things Differently So There is NO WAY HE Could he Could put a Time Limit on how long the Good Looks Would Stay the Way it Was & I Couldnt Argue With Him

Would not recommend, dropped off a couple larger cages I had just purchased for one of my motorcycles I am building, as well as some smaller pieces for the shifting and rear brake side to get powdered. Took a few weeks to get done, I get itbusy. went back to drop off a piece I forgot & all the sudden one of my pieces was missing, a steel tube about 2 feet long that went straight from my doorstop to the shop and all that was taken out was bag of hardware. I was told several times to check if you have it. I checked and I didnt have it, they seemed to have no idea so I spent more money and ordered another one. Paid $260 to receive my products carelessly taken care of as each threaded hole was loaded in powder, nothing was plugged, paint was chipped as if someone dropped the pieces, just didnt make sense. Told me it wasnt normal, and if I brought them back and if that was the case theyll talk with their painter. Clearly no quality control of the products that leave their shop, why would I wait another several weeks for them to get fixed? It cost me $350 to get a new set because of how bad it was. Moral of the story stay away If youre looking to get smaller items done, check out any other local powder shops.

Fox Valley Sandblasting & Powder Coating blasted and coated our running boards for our Lincoln Navigator. Did excellent job, good turnaround and had option for upgraded powder to match our vehicle. Highly recommend them.
