Darren and his team did amazing work for us. I cannot stress enough how engaged, knowledgeable and patient they were through each step. As a start up, we did not even know what we didnt know; the Idea Team never flinched and provided guidance and recommendations throughout the build! The final product more than exceeded our expectations and we're looking forward to our next project with the Idea Team.

Haley is very responsive and helpful with updates and additions to our site. I appreciate the level of detail she goes into explaining how to do things in WordPress. It's nice to have someone who can accomplish things quickly if necessary but also explain how to do things on our own to make us more self sufficient. I had zero previous WP knowledge before working with Idea. I feel confident now managing day to day updates and posts to our site due to their level of hands on coaching.
