Spring Green

Have used these guys for a number of years with good results. This year service has been spotty at best. In mid July and have just gotten my 3rd treatment for my lawn while my neighbors that use other services get their service done monthly. Not sure what is going on there but hope it get's corrected as it has been a good value. But things need to improve. Updating this to 1 star would give them zero if it would let me post. Have called left messages on issues with my service with no calls back. Do not use these guys service has gotten worse throughout the year Services: Lawn pest control, Weed control

Terrible experience. Paid $430 for the company's "Preferred" plan. The whole reason I tried this company is because I live across from a field and have a weed problem. I made it clear to them this problem was the whole reason I am paying them. I usually fertilize myself but weed control has been an issue. I paid in the beginning of March and it's now April 30th and they have only come out 1 time. I called several times to get someone to spray for weeds and they keep telling me it hasn't been scheduled. The service is terrible no one ever picks up and you always have to leave a voicemail and never get a call back. When they do get back they said 3 to 5 days for services to be render and they never show. This has happened 3 times already. So today I finally got a call back and I cancelled my service. They never offered to fix the problem like they say they will. When I went on to leave this review I have to laugh at the responses from the company. If they were as quick and professional at their service as they are to social media I would be a happy customer. What a waste of time and effort dealing with them.
