We worked with Rob and he is very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very personable and made us feel like he was personally invested in our home and we weren't just another job. Rob was extremely thorough doing his investigation as well as when it came time to remediate the mold in our home. He used multiple methods and products to make sure the mold was removed. Rob did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. We had dark tracking stains on stairs, living room, family room, and bedroom. He did the entire house. The stains all came out beautifully and I thought the price was very reasonable. We had a special time restraint and he worked very hard to get it all done by the time we needed. Rob also cleaned a swivel rocker and ottoman for us that looks great. Five star review from our family. Hi, They took our 2 area carpet rugs and havent returned yet after 3.5 months already. After 1 month I start calling, they procrastinated, then not responding to my calls and voicemails, I asked at least to bring my rags back in the condition it was taken, but nothing from them. Currently we placed a police report. Next we need to sue this business in order to return my property back. Dont get involved with this people- my advice!

Searching for someone to clean carpeting before my Birthday. Check the reviews of any purchases. Picked Platinum Cleaning on second interview. The owner Rob explained how he would do it and picked him. He did even better than I hoped and a true professional/owner.
