        We are completely remodeling our kitchen, our floors and a few other rooms as well. I stopped in to look at hood vents, hardware, tile and flooring. We looked at many items and asked for quotes on them. I had not heard in about a week so I followed up with an email. Still never heard back, so I followed up with a call. The person I spoke with said Rosie would call me back. I think that disconnect was that I thought they were somewhat of a retail store and idk if that upset Rosie that i was just looking to purchase product? If she would have just explained they themselves want to do the remodel, and helped us with design, I would have been happy to work with her. After about a month I moved on and found another company to work with suggestion- If you dont just want to sell product and want to be involved in the design / labor of workjust say so :) I dont appreciate us wasting each others time.

      We apologize your experience wasn't better. We do our best to follow up and make contact with all potential clients. In reviewing the inquiry there may have been some confusion as we had shown a request for decorative cabinetry hardware, we do not sell metal hood vents and unfortunately due to the increased volume of customers, busy holiday season, and current supply chain distruptions we are experiencing at this time, we are doing our best to respond to all inquiries and complete current projects in a timely fashion. Sometimes things can fall through the cracks and for that we apologize. We wish you the best of luck on your remodel project.
