I highly recommend this service. Very honest and affordable. I’m happy to have those heavy bags of salt now delivered. Had issues with softener tank and they resolved issues quickly. 😊

I have been a customer 3 years! I had Angel Soft they quoted $10 thousand dollars. I called 4 other companies one being quality. For about $1000.00 they installed a whole house filter and salt treatment. I am renting the unit so there is a very small bi monthly payment option. They even came out and have replaced our whole home filter once for free which is the advantage of renting. Also I have never had any issues with the billing or service department. My wife said service guys were the nicest she has dealt with. We have automated payments set up through our bank so no issue there.

I reason I am giving another review is I saw there listing on Google and it 3 people complaining about billing one of which said themselves they fell behind for 2 years! This is a business they have to make money! Not even Villages or Cities will give you free water. I called and spoke with Troy about reverse osmosis systems he gave me a bunch of free honest advice to the point where it would not make sense for me to go with them. How much more of an honest business do you want?

Horrible experience the owner is incredibly rude. I sold my house and transferred service to the new owner 7 months later I get a collections notice I owe 50 dollars, however the owner told me I was paid in full when I transferred service. After calling him to sort this out he got very rude with me and said he sent out a bill in December and I never responded? 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I then explained he told me i was paid in full and why didnt he send out a second bill or call. He mumbled and had no real response, other than " it's to bad your not a good customer and domt live up to your standards." But judging by the reviews this is a ongoing issue with him.
