Dont have your furniture picked up for donation here. They charge for pick up which is fine but they dont tell you that there is a $100 base price plus a recycling and fuel fee. Thats all in addition to a per item fee!!!! Cost me over $400 to have my donation hauled away!!! Very disappointed.

My daughter suggested that I give my old biz clothes to an organization that gives back directly to area homelessness. This is the place! I only wish that their website be clear on drop off locations and that they had better locations. The one in McHenry is right on rte 120. Only one way in and one way out. Very few parking spots and donations need to be taken through to the back of the store. Hard for an old lady.
