Winter maintenance was a good value. New wipers was a nice additions especially given winter ice had left the old wipers pretty beat up. The car feels and runs better. The online authorization for the job and the notifications when its done is very convenient. Good service, and quick.

I recently stopped by this Merlin location after being denied a simple inspection from another local vendor. I had a severe grinding sound and I knew it was not good. I stopped in to Merlin about 20 minutes before they were closing and I spoke to a gentleman. I think his name was Jason, but could be wrong. I explained my concerns and Jason said he'd have no problem checking out my car after understanding the severity of my case. After some time of waiting, he sent me an easy to understand service list confirming my cars problems, as well as uncovering another issue I wasn't aware of. I was very thankful for their willingness to take me in shortly before closing and to do a full check up. Unfortunately the estimate for repair was beyond my current budget and I found an opportunity through family to get a significant discount on service and parts. However, I will happily consider this Merlin location going forward. They were easy to use, understanding, and showed good intentions when explaining his thoughts on what was needed. I would highly recommend this customer-focused team!
