Alongside Michelle, I am the current on-site manager of Bob's Motel. I live here, and experience everything the guests do daily, and so I understand their sentiment, however inflated the negativity surrounding this business is. It must be said that most of the reviews, and especially the slandering are not a totally accurate representation of this business, and it's services. Please read on. It's true to say the state of this property and facilities are out-dated, and worn to an extent.That said, what the place has to offer it's guests is the most affordable rates in the Woodstock area in a safe, and fairly comfortable private space that many people currently call home. We understand that our customers often have nowhere else to turn for whatever circumstance in their lives. Knowing this, we do everything in our power to offer all our guests the best experience possible, and naturally we get to know our guests on a personal level. It's never an easy task to vacate such guests when the rules aren't being adhered to ( I.E. non-payment, disorderly conduct, drug use, damage to motel property, and not maintaining cleanliness of one's space). Some people have gone out of their way to spite us on this review board for simply doing our jobs. I look forward to meeting you should you consider staying at this motel, and I hope any person interested takes what I've said into consideration when choosing Bob's Motel as your next lodging.
