We cant say enough about how helpful Rick and Tessa were in helping us buy our new home. Rick spent a ton of time finding just the right place for us and letting us know in advance that it was coming on the market. Rick efficiently and professionally handled all of the negotiations, the inspections, the discussions with the buyer and of course getting through closing. This purchase required a lot of conversations with the seller and with various contractors. Rick referred us to great service providers, who all came through when we needed them. Rick is incredibly responsive. He also looks out for you and anticipates what youre going to need. Most importantly, you can tell rick has more than 25 years of experience and has seen everything, because hes very knowledgeable and helpful on a variety of subjects and issues we never would have even thought of.
