This review is long overdue, yet Melissas been such great service even the whole YEAR after she helped me make my first home purchase. She did all the leg work with paperwork, assistance with difficult financing company, delays, etc; got me my home, and throughout the first year kept up communication and finally assisted me in fighting down my property taxes with her education as well! Talk about value. Definitely seek her out if looking for buying in the Northern IL area!
