My husband and I as well as my siblings and parents have all been seeing Shelly Cartwright for years now. In my opinion, shes gone above and beyond for me. It took us over 3 years to find that I have a rare syndrome and she never gave up on me. She listens, she cares, shes easy to reach and actually responds. We live an hour away and still drive out to see her because when you find good care, you keep that person as your PCP as long as possible.

I visited Dr Shelly Bauer for a physical today. This was my first visit with her. I had a visit scheduled for months earlier but it was cancelled one hour before the visit. So this new one was scheduled a month later. She seemed very irritated and was very condescending when she talked to me. At one point she had her back to me typing and ignored my questions. At another point I turned around and apparently she had turned around from typing which I wasn't aware of and was staring at me and when I looked her she became more irritated at having to answer my questions. I will never go back to her. As a physician compassion should be a priority and she had none.

In 2022, I scheduled a simple physical three months out due to the doctor's schedule. Two months later, that appointment was moved back another month due to rescheduling issues the doctor had and they wouldn't elaborate. Another month later the appointment was cancelled by the doctor. Their response was, oh...you can schedule an appointment with another one of our physicians. No thanks!! This facility seems mismanaged.

Very bad place ... Lacking of respect attitude ... Lying ... Totally no sense of humanity with seniors ... The staff totally impolite ... Do Not come to this place ... Its just a rubbish can !!!
