Over the years I totally changed my view on the Aspen Dental in Woodstock, IL: 1. Every time I visit the place I have been seen by a different dentist, and a different hygienist. 2. They always asked for full payment upfront. When I wasn't pleased with the service, too bad, it was already paid for. 3. The communications Aspen-Insurance are faulty. I had to call the insurance several times to get the info about claims that were not submitted, and I had to specifically show the office what the insurance provided. 4 The last time I asked to have the claim submitted first, the insurance to commit, and I should pay the difference (out of pocket) only. When they refused, I moved to another dentist which I am happy with, so far, after several visits. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST OFFICE but it is up to you, presumptive patients.
