Visited countless Buffalo Wild Wings since 2010, but this location tops them all. Bartender Mike truly set the bar high, delivering unmatched service. Despite the venue being only 9% full, the atmosphere felt personalized, as if the vibrant, young management and team were exclusively catering to us. The welcoming regulars added to the unique vibe of the place, creating an unparalleled experience. As someone from Chicago, frequenting various locations including the original on Lincoln, this spot is my favorite. Though my visit was for a one-time occasion, as an executive chef and certified service manager, I'm compelled to award this unforgettable experience with a five-star rating. The food was fast and fresh, conversations delightful, and the service attentive. A remarkable encounter I won't forget.

The waiters who works there go on face of my men and begged him to take pic with him ! She touch him and got to close ! It is very unprofessional to do at work ! Guys be aware that lady! And instead bring order she kept talking! We are definitely not come back ! I told her I need barbecue spicy chicken and 5 wings had different flavor! The worse experience ever !

They forgot half our food and gave us one ranch for 30 wings. We went back didn't offer any apology or any discount. Had to eat cold wings. Thanks.
