        Chicken shawarma was awesome. Different regions of world has different recipes of shawarma they all different but key of good shawarma is meat Eds Kitchen use good fresh meat, its like I cook for my self and how it supposed to be. If anyone says its not shawarma dont listen to that person. I tried different shawarma in Chicago land and that one of the best. Chicken meat was grilled on wood lump which gives you best taste of meat. I will definitely recommend to my friends and I will come back to try other stuff that they have.
