I've been working with SIA Insurance for a couple years now. Compared to the first company I worked with for my business insurance they are are a breath of fresh air. They found great rates for me and they're always very responsive. I often need certificates of insurance as part of my business and I can get one in a matter of minutes. With my last company it took days to weeks to get a certificate. That's just one small example of the difference in the level of service. SIA is very patient and they'll explain anything and everything. They have a good program for reviewing the coverage you have and need and adjusting it when necessary. Really, they are just easy to work with and using SIA makes me feel confident that I have the right insurance for my needs. It's just one less thing to worry about as a business owner.
