They are really bad when comes to there employees they fire people without seating down and talking to them and giving them warnings they don't care about there employees at all they also have favorites there ..the way the manaager and boss work there is not organized at all also they lack on employees because people dont last or gef fire

Used puro-clean after a pipe cap popped off in January and ruined our finished basement. They were there with dehumidifiers and fans a couple hours after it happened. Tore up the floor & trim in 1 day (2 or 3 days after the original problem). Pack out was done very nicely, all items protected well. Took 5 working days to complete putting the flooring in, drywall work, a coat of paint & trim. Pack out team delivered everything, put things back together and placed it where you wanted. Couldnt ask for much more.

I had water damage and the whole PuroClean team was friendly, very professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. They couldnt have been more helpful with a difficult situation.
