        The only Chase location I would go to on the Northshore. This branch hasn't scaled back any of the services over the years. Friendly staff members always available.

        HORRIBLE Bank! I have tried to transfer $ from another bank to one of my bank accounts at Chase. This started on January 5th and it is now January 17th. I have heard every excuse under the sun from CHASE. I have called CHASE 15 times and can not get an individual to help me as to why my CHASE account is NOT reflecting my deposit. Incidentally, ALLY Bank (where my money was coming from) has deducted the amount of the transfer. CHASE is IMPOSSIBLE to DEAL with! Now, my account at CHASE is OVERDRAWN and incurring fees. DO NOT USE CHASE! I will be closing my accounts. There are other banks that provide better customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        This place stole $120000 from me my life savings dont trust them i am gona be hiring a lawyer this week they are shady and thieves my lawyer said never trust big banks.
