        I have had Aneta do our taxes since this office opened. She has done an over the top job with us since dealing with her. She has the ability to engage her clients and not miss a beat with taxes she is preparing. Shes absolutely one of the most pleasant and professional people i have had the pleasure of dealing with. And thats a lot of people!

        Had an absolutely horrible and unprofessional experience here. Aneta was completely unresponsive and dropped off the planet after supposedly filing my taxes. Turned out my identity had been compromised, and rather than telling me about it she avoided my calls for weeks until I had to physically go into her office and confront her. She was hiding and tried to have her assistant say she wasnt there. It was extremely concerning and really seemed like something fishy was going on there. Because she hadnt let me know what was going on, and as my return couldnt be filed because someone else had already done so using my SSN, I also missed the deadline to file, adding even more complications and stress. After MANY more weeks of trying to work it out with Julie, who was professional and apologetic and the only positive part of this ordeal, it was finally sorted out and i received my refund about 4 months later. Bottom line, I wont be going back.
