Inside and outside is dirty now. Sales associates standing around on their phones not cleaning or attentive to customers needing assistance. Bathroom stinks like a shwarma toilet hole. Punjab or was it "PJ"? Management refused to help either, waste of a great location.

I got a car wash today at the Caseys on 59 and Winfield Rd. I have never been to this location, but it was convenient to where I was going so I gave it a shot. Never again. The most basic wash was $12. They had advertising for vacuums. The vacuums were not located at the exit of the car wash, so I went inside to ask where they were. The attendant rudely told me there is only one vacuum located on the edge of the property and that it likely doesnt work. I then told them I would like to get gas at the discounted price given I had just paid for a car wash. They refused to give it to me despite the receipt I had. They said I had to order the car wash at the pump and get the wash after the gas. When I pressed the attendant, he pretended to call someone on his cell phone and put it on speaker. Management was useless. I walked out of the store with a overpriced car wash and no gas. Dont go here.

Walked in at 9pm and got donughts and Casey's pizza. Both tasted like they were out somewhat long but I thought nothing of it. Today, I had a very bad case of what feels like food poisoning. I demand to see the time your store left that food and those donuts out. If it was past your standards and state regulations, there are going to be serious legal issues. I expect you to reach out soon unless you want this to get worse. ZERO STARS.
