Trillium Farm by Pulte Homes - Closed

My wife and I were extremely excited when we saw Trillium Farms that we decided that's where we wanted to be. Unfortunately, with all the delays on Pulte's part, we are very unhappy and have been soured on our experience. It is now costing us several thousands of wasted dollars more than originally anticipated. If i knew then what i knew now, we would have chosen a different path.

We have lived at Trillium Farm since mid-September, and love it. Our home is exactly what we had hoped for. Since moving in any minor issues have been addressed by the Pulte professionals quickly and efficiently. It has been a pleasure to meet our new neighbors and we look forward to living here for many happy years.

My husband and I were the second family to move into Trillium Farm. WE LOVE IT. HAVE BEEN SO HAPPY HERE! We've met lovely neighbors, hiked Cantigny, St. James Farm, and Blackwell Forest Preserve and enjoy getting to know new restaurants and shopping areas. We can get to our kids houses easily. We had a 3-story home before and now we have one story with no stairs. Our monthly HOA fee is so reasonable and it covers our mowing, snow removal, and garbage pick-up. The open floor concept has made entertaining so easy that two weeks ago we had 24 family members over for our first get-together in almost 2 years. We are on the Roosevelt Road side and i haven't heard traffic at all. Whenever there is a problem, and the Pulte People have been very responsive. While I miss our old neighborhood in Wheaton, I love this place. Jane H
