        This location is far less convenient than the location you closed on Roosevelt rd and County Farm! I realize it may get more customer traffic being right across from the hospital, but for others who are not hospital employees it can be highly inconvenient having to drive the extra distance through town traffic and wrestling with freight trains when they are blocking traffic flow! This closure was EXTREMELY disappointing and lowered greatly my opinions of Chase!

I lost my card right before vacation and she gave me countless ways to benefit my situation so that I could enjoy my trip without a debit card. She was the one who took my call, in the most charismatic and helpful way. I have never spoken to a bank representative as helpful and as nice as Emily! Go to her for all your needs, she is the sweetest.
