I have never left a review like this before, but find it necessary based on the following story. I brought my car in due to some stalling and Brachs quickly figured out that I needed a new mass airflow sensor. They installed it quickly and for a fair price, 5 stars! About a week later, my car stalled and died. I was within pushing distance to another repair shop. The shop figured out that the newly installed mass airflow sensor was not working. I ended up having the part replaced and the shop advised me to return the part to Brachs as it was likely under warranty. I called Brachs the next day and was told to bring the part in and he would make it right. Later that week my wife stopped into Brachs to refund the part but was met with resistance. At first Brachs couldnt find the record of the transaction on their computer and said they couldnt refund without the receipt. We were never given a yellow receipt, just a small slip of paper from the credit card transaction. My wife instead provided our bank statement showing the day, time, and description which lists Brachs as the servicer. Brachs then placed all blame on her saying, Lady, its not my responsibility to keep track of those things, thats on you. When she inquired about just looking up how much the part costs to have it reimbursed, she was told, how the hell am I supposed to know how much a part costs? My wife then left having received no reimbursement for the faulty part. Sometimes parts are faulty, and I dont blame Brachs for that. But when the part doesnt work within the week it was put in, Brachs needs to reimburse the customer for that. I would be happy to update my review pending a resolution initiated by Brachs. Awesome customer service. He helped me out and it saved me some money coming here. I thought something was broken in my light but he cleaned and fixed the socket and sent me on my way.

I needed a new trunk latch on my hatchback and of course the dealership wanted to charge an exuberant amount for it. I live down the street from Brachs and figured Id give them a call. Jim said he would take a look, he tried to fix it (which Im almost certain the dealership didnt try to do) and confirmed I did need a new trunk latch. He gave me an extremely fair price to replace it if I could get him the part, which phenomenally I was able to find on Amazon for $40. He replaced it for me the following week, and its good as new. So nice dealing with someone honest and who you can tell is knowledgeable, Im recommending Brachs to all my fam and friends!
