Winfield Station

Great place to live.

I moved in when these apartments were new and stayed for almost two years. This was such a great place to live. Few downfalls, SUPER, SUPER thing walls, I could hear my neighbor clear his throat EVERY morning and even his relations with his girlfriend. Near the end of living there, my upstairs neighbor was making so much noise and I tried not to complain since I was leaving. And Winfield Station is VERY dog friendly but people do NOT clean up after their dogs even though there are dog clean-up stations throughout the property. The office would send out reminders of cleaning up after your dogs and even about the thin walls, but apparently reminders aren't enough for some people. Jeanette was my saving grace with everything! She is and always was SO helpful with everything. She made everything so easy for me near the end of my time there. She always responded so quickly to emails.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at our brand new / unique apartment complex! The resident support provided is unparalleled, and the homes and amenities are stylish, cozy, and stunning. A perfect blend of luxury and comfort for a great value with unique amenities. We are thrilled to be here. Highly recommend!

I have spent the entire afternoon calling this property only to receive an off site answering service, that keeps referring me back to the main office (thats presently unresponsive), because they are not equipped to address my questions. This was not the impression I was expecting, however it is duly noted! If there is in fact absolutely no one available, (in an eight hour plus work day), to respond to potential residents calls, why not staff your off site leasing agents with the same knowledge as the main office? The answering service for Winfield Station Apartments should run just as efficiently as the Winfield Station Apartments main office. I will gladly update my review and share my experience as soon as someone knowledgeable actually picks up the phone!
