Very happy with Shoreland Roofing. They were easy to work with. The new siding has our house looking brand new. Roof has been leak free for the first time since we owned the house. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Shoreland Roofing. Steve did an excellent job of explaining all of my options. I have been in real estate for over 20 years & have met many contractors in my career. I could tell immediately that Steve was extremely knowledgeable & would do an excellent job. Steve & his crew finished my new roof in the time he estimated. They also did a great job cleaning everything up & making sure I was satisfied. He always answered his phone & text. The team was great with communication. I would give them 10 stars.

Installing a new roof is an expensive investment, so you want a roofing contractor who is fair and knows what he is doing. I had no concerns at all in entrusting Steve Tuchman and his company, Shoreland Roofing, with our project. Steve brought his many years of expertise and experience to our project, provided a detailed bid, and walked us through other potential issues that might need to be addressed. He was a visible presence during the project, which we appreciated. There was a portion of the roof where the underlayment was compromised, due to a design flaw in venting away moisture. Steve was able to not only fix the underlayment but install venting to prevent any future issues. We couldnt be happier with the result. It was so refreshing to do business with a person like Steve who is honest, fair, extremely knowledgeable about roofs and the roofing industry, and does what he promises with a crew that is hardworking and dependable. They were very professional and were meticulous with their clean up. They removed pieces of the old roof and other debris that had fallen and used a magnetic pick up tool to retrieve nails that had fallen to the ground. They did outstanding work, and our roof is beautiful. I cannot sing the praises of Steve (and his wife, Sue, who handled the scheduling and billing!) and Shoreland Roofing enough!
