Building is in great conditions. Management works quickly with any issues in or out of the building. Always keeping their tenants aware of any updates or work that needs to be done in a timely manner.

I have been with the James Property Management Group for about 5 years. I have lived in two of their properties, managed and cleaned well. If there is an issue, it is addressed immediately with great communication and a great response by the maintenance team. Josh on the maintenance team has been fantastic, respectful and thoughtful of my home when repairs need to be made. Dimitres in the group, my landlord is also great at communication and always responds to needs. He is respectful and a great listener to issues that arise. The group are patient and willing to assist and make living in their properties a comfortable and good experience.

Ive been living in this property for 3 years and it is definitely one of the best places Ive seen in Chicago.The building is new and well kept, the grass is regularly cut and the snow is shovelled on time . Mr.Dimitris -the owner-will go above and beyond to meet all your needs . Joshua the maintenance supervisor is a super guy , always handy to solve any maintenance issue on time . The only drawback is that, there is only one allotted parking space for the apartment at the back and if you happen to have two cars it is a daunting task to find street parking after 05:00 P.M , particularly in the weekend .
