        Chantilly Lace is a rare gem for women. I made an appointment online and the shopkeeper spent focused time fitting me. She brought me many beautiful bras that are practical to choose from. I now have new bras and will return for a swimsuit and pajamas. Great experience looking forward to shopping here again !

        Mom and I had a fun shopping day at Chantilly Lace this week. We could not bare to wear our old bras anymore that never fit right. Mom had done some research and came across Chantilly Lace. We had a life changing experience. Our faces lit up once Larissa sized us correctly. She was very honest and helpful throughout the process. She took time to listen, respond accordingly, and find some bras and panties that we absolutely loved! Im a lace girl and she brought me styles that made me feel beautiful and confident! The intricate and delicate styles will keep you wanting to come back for more! Thank you for making our experience painless Larissa and for being an expert! We look forward to shopping with you all again in the future!

        Thank you for helping me shop virtually during your in store trunk show. I was out of town. Erika was fabulous texting me photos of trunk show samples she thought Id like. She made the process super simple and we found some fun rompers and a chemise set. Thank you!

        I had gone into the store for the first time. I told the fitter that I had worn Prima Donna in the past and they ended up pinching me to the point I couldn't wear them. What does she bring but a Prima Donna, told me it supported the best! OK $150.00 later after wearing for a few hours, it was pinching me to the point I couldn't wear it. I reached out to them and was told that maybe it wasn't the right store for me! I should try Nordstrom. That I was stuck with a $150.00 bra I can't wear!!

        The person who waited on me was very experienced. Thats the 2 stars. But I felt overwhelmed when she brought 8 bras in the room (which is small).While trying to decide, the owner of the store started talking down to me about her employee, and it was such a rude experience. Thats zero stores. Ive never been talked to like this and I wont judge the whole North Shore by this one incident. Good news, found a great store in Chicago, 10 minutes from me. Friendliest staff, large rooms, offered water, wine and snacks. Bought 2 bras in 15 minutes. Shouldnt have gone to Wilmette to begin with. Go to RIGBY at 900 N Michigan for GREAT service and selection!

      As a grown woman, you should know that you're responsible for what you decide to buy, no matter is a salesperson tries to convince you of something or not. I'm sure PrimaDonna truly fits you better than the other brands Bella tried on you, but if you know it isn't working for you, you shouldn't buy it, no matter what your fitter thinks. Just say, "Thanks for trying. I'm going to pass." We don't take back worn bras unless they're defective, and I don't know of any intimates boutique that would. It's unsavory. A large store like Nordstrom has a liberal return policy, if those are your expectations, but we never will. And the harder customers push, the more resolute we will become. Now, I'm sure Bella provided you with more high-quality options than any store you've been to, (we have the most diverse brand selection in Illinois,) and treated you kindly and with respect. Leaving a one star review because you didn't have your way is not cool, and dishonors Bella's efforts.

      Sigh. We try to treat everyone lovingly & patiently, but you pushed poor Bella to her limit after being with you for an hour. (Which is hard to do, because she has the patience of a saint.) I will always intervene if someone is mistreating the employees. It has nothing to do with "the North Shore" - it has to do with being a decent human being. Toxic, unappreciative customers are not welcome here. Glad you found your happy place elsewhere.
