Before we moved to the Chicago area six months ago, I was researching homeowner's and auto insurance and Andy was recommended to me. He put together a quote and took a lot of time to walk through it with me, explaining in detail what I what coverage I was getting for my rate. I tried other providers, who were happy to give me quotes, but could not explain the details of coverage as well or answer the questions that my conversation with Andy had taught me to ask to my satisfaction. Then, a month ago, our sewer backed up, which turned out to be due to a broken sewer line, and we needed $10,000 worth of repairs. As it turned out, the repair was covered, something that is very very unusual for homeowner's insurance and was thanks to his strong recommendation that I purchase certain types of coverage. Andy helped move the process forward and instructed me on what information I needed to provide to make sure that the coverage would be approved. Thanks to Andy, I have a brand new sewer line without being $10,000 in the red. And that's only after my first six months of working with him. I would highly recommend working with Andy, he knows the difference between paying for insurance and actually having insurance coverage!
