This is a review specifically for Terrace the manager. Very rude when I visit the bank I left my key on a Thursday. He never apologized in first call he made on Monday close to closing time to tell me I had left key at bank. 3 full business days before a costumer gets notified I think it's long time. Starled me because it was not in my posetion without me being noticed. Wished not only he would have called me earlier or him not be so rude when I asked him why so long and where exactly it was found. He did not know. He said in the room. I dissagree. I must of dropped ut. Regardless. Apology came with rudeness and hung up of a phone cutting me off. No customer appreciation at all and relate to concern. He did not care to be nice.

I mean its a bank. They always have quite a few employees available to help you. Not a huge fan of huge banks but I guess they are too big to fail, so thats nice.
