Gray is the managing broker and his agent Yevhen Hurtovyi who represents buyers for our property has been unresponsive to make repairs that Yevhen made to our property during a showing.  He broke our deadbolt, damaged drywall and paint by going into the wall.  He messed with our new wall air conditioner and damaged it. He pulled out our dishwasher and damaged the trim and bent the door.  They haven't made the repairs to our property and didn't respond to our broker manager regarding this matter.
