I've been taking my dog Reese to Waggles for about a year and a half now, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it is her FAVORITE place to be. She is always very excited to get there and always comes home happy and exhausted. The staff all seem very happy and friendly whenever I come in to drop off/pick up, and Reese loves everyone there. The staff also are pretty communicative - they respond within an hour when I text and they're always diligent about giving me a brief rundown of how the day went when I pick her up. I've also boarded Reese here a few times and have had good experiences each time. I trust the staff at Waggles to ensure Reese is taken care of. The only thing missing that would make me give a 5 star review is having more line of sight into what happens when I'm not there. I've never seen the back areas or the suites, and when I board my dog, I have to ask for updates proactively. I would love for more pictures/videos to show how things are going for my peace of mind. It would also be nice to have cameras in the suites or something so we could check on our pups throughout the day on our own.

I cannot say enough great things about Waggles. The facilities are so clean and well kept, and the staff is wonderful. My Jolene is very nervous with new places and they worked with her to find a group that she's comfortable with, and they even sing to welcome her in the morning so she's not scared. They always return my calls and answer my questions super quickly. They're always incredibly accommodating with my schedule. Most importantly, they clearly care about the dogs and I would recommend Waggles to anyone with fur babies.  If there was anything that could make this place a 6-star, it would be to give photos, videos or report cards to have a little more insight into how the dog is doing each day. Other than that, I have absolutely zero complaints.  Thank you Waggles!
