Very slow loading/unloading They need to stay on trailer to load/unload and they make you install safety guard raills for them. My question was: "why should I intstall the safety for you when it's you who's going up on the trailer not me!?" Answer was: "company policy, you don't do it you'll stay here till you do it" Lazy people

Overnight parking, friendly coil receiving staff and quick coil unloading are the only positives of this place. I usually park here overnight before delivery the next morning to save my clock. If I have the audacity to have a biological need to use the restroom, I ask the dockworkers on the thermal side if it's ok if I use it and they say yes. Today I followed my usual routine and a short man in a blue shirt (who I can only assume is the shipping manager) cornered me on the way out and more or less told me that since my truck didn't say "Wieland" on it that I wasn't special enough to use their restroom. Imagine being petty enough to gatekeep bodily functions.
