I have a house in Chicago 4U construction made a big renovation in our house that we wanted to sale after the renovation we desired to stay in our house and not sale it. it was not our first renovation and not the last one, from the point that we signed contract to the start was very fast. the finishing was amazing,also the people that working at 4U construction they was explaining us regards every step (we didn't tell them that its not our first project). in the end of our project we fall in love in our new house thanks a lot to 4U CONSTRUCTION. we already hiring them for 2 more projects that we having.

Did you ever desire to have a great house new kitchen this was our wish so I started to search online for a construction company that’s going to be able to renovate my house and also to make addition second story So we found five companies and one of them was 4U construction company they gave us estimate also A trade breakdown for our project we started the construction in 05/07/17 after and we just finished our project we are pleased with the work that done to our house.

I Signed A Contract with 4U Construction Company i have a home addition that i"m in process big home addition, 4U Construction making my project is the first project in my life that i"m doing, so far the process in my house is perfect to my blue prints ,i will recommended on 4U Construction Company as a construction company, the price for the home addition that 4U construction building for me was very good compare to other estimates that i got from other contractors, the estimate was included with a list of materials and allowances on the contract if i will have have any change order. Here Is the progress for my house.

Hi to all my name is amie, me and my partner we decided to buy house in Northbrook after 35 days we purchased our dream house “” . We had a lot to finish before we will have our dream house finished. So after Inspiration that we had from the tv show on the HGTV Show the property Brothers, and after 1 day that we tried to make the demo it was a wrong idea to start it. So we started searching online, we had like 49 phone calls the first company that was contacted us , 4u construction I scheduled appointment and they came in time. The guys name was Craig was very professional gave us a lot of information regards our remodeling. So after a week that we meet a lot of contractors. we had good feeling about 4u construction. We came to the main office started the first steps for our remodeling that me and my husband decided to do make our house bigger by adding more space to our house. The company made a 3D rendering it was so incredible that we so that not on the TV it was real. After 5 months and 9 days our house was finished starting from the addition to the entrance door, what can I say words can’t describe what me and my husband feeling about our dream house that was done by 4u construction company, thank to All the workers that was working in our house. Highly will recommend for any construction renovation project.
