River Trail Apartments

Never live here. The new management is very poor they want only to get the money. They are not responding if you have any issue and they are making mistake in lease agreement on purpose to fool you and extend the lease term. They dont cancel the contract even if you leave the apartment and they get the rent for all those months. Even if you find a new tenant to sublease, they will treat them badly so no one will sublease your apartment. Never ever try this apartment. They are managing few apartments, I will find out others as well and update here. Avoid any business with them. Im going to let all Discover employees know about this and avoid this business as well.

Its quite surprising to see the poor reviews on this place. I will admit they worried me way back when we were first about to move in. Now weve been here for over two years and I couldnt be more comfortable or pleased. I am also appreciative of the hard work I see taking place just about everyday from the maintenance team. Even when theyve had a busy day of working around the complex theyve responded swiftly with the few and small personal maintenance requests Ive posted. Theyre friendly and hard working and I hope Larry is getting the recognition he deserves, as well as the younger gentleman Ive seen consistently around. As far as neighbors too weve never had noise issues and its been delightful to make the few friends I have in the building. Overall this complex has given us a great two years and its certainly deserving and long overdue of great recognition. If I had to find one honest complaint its the guest parking situation, theres only three spots available for the entire lot, but they recently added the third so theyve done their best. Also parking across in the neighborhood is always an option and your guests will have fun playing real life frogger. (: I hope this post encourages more folks to call this place home, just know if you end up with a view of the forest and river in your windows, I will totally envy you.
