Very unprofessional and did not take any responsibility for damages they cause. Created further damage to my home during mitigation. We had to make a second claim because they caused so much damage to our home! They removed a vanity and did Not secure a mirror that fell on exposed plumbing. They then tried to blame us for the mirror they left dangled. They took the insurance money and ran- twice! Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

ProDry was recommended to me by my plumber after I feared having water damage on my bathroom floor. Daniel came out for a FREE inspection to check everything. I also asked him to look at a separate bathroom I feared my have some mold issues. He took his time, checked the moisture levels, and put my fears to rest. No high pressure antics, just honest advice. As a homeowner, I greatly respect and appreciate that!

We had a burst pipe from frozen pipe hose bib that went outside to hose. When I called, the lady at their office mentioned that the technician would do a free inspection. When Daniel came out to inspect water damage, he walked us through everything patiently and with detail. From start to finish we were kept up to date. Highly recommend them as they are family and locally Wheaton owned. Turns out that we even knew some of the same people in town
