Lance was patient and continued to communicate with us while we were deciding if we were going sell our home. Once we did decide, he was knowledgeable of the market at the time. He believed we could get a higher price than we personally thought, and we ended up getting over asking! His team worked smoothly throughout the whole process. My wife and I cannot say enough positive things about Lance & his extended team. Lance is a *real pro*, KNOWS the market, knows market CONDITIONS and TIMING. I especially appreciated his quick wit and sense of humor but at the same time how he is professional in *EVERYTHING* he does. And behind every good man, is a team that supports him and supported us . . . and we are so very thankful for them as well. Admin, photography, appt set up, on and on. So well done. From start to finish, Lance "cut to the quick" . . . making excellent and TIMELY suggestions whether it was staging our home, showing our home, or evaluating offers, etc. And one more thing.
