Never sent our labs in after 2 weeks of having the blood draw. Now they want to charge us $1,000 to do the labs again.

Took my sick daughter there. Told me Im late and need to reschedule. This office has no care for patients but only the money they get . Hate this place avoid this place !!!!

On hold over 30 minutes. Unable to make an appointment for my children. Time for a new provider. Update. Duly has charged my account and would not explain the charges. Have tried using their customer service and it's terrible. Person on the phone hung up when I aske about transparency for medical billing.

Went in for an annual physical exam/preventative visit. Asked up front to ENSURE this was an annual physical only so that it would be 100% covered by insurance. After the appointment I was billed for both a Preventative Visit (covered) and Office Visit (>$200 out of pocket) despite only coming in for Preventative. Called to inquire and the customer services reps said that the doctor discussed something with you outside the realm of a preventative visit because we talked about my eating habits and history of vitamin deficiency for like 2 minutes. I appealed the charge and will be switching providers if they do not accept the appeal. Feels extremely shady for them to sneak in extra billing codes with very little criteria as to what we can talk about without it costing more money.

What has happened to DMG? I have been a lifelong patient and, after 25+ years, I'm done. Setting aside the complete disregard for patient service, the money grab in recent years has become comical. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I recently went in for an annual physical and, because I asked the doctor about BEING TIRED THROUGHOUT THE DAY (heaven forbid that topic comes up in a wellness exam...), my insurance was billed for not only $244 for a preventative care visit but also $157 for an office visit because "separate issues were discussed outside of the preventive exam which warranted a separately billable office visit." (that's the verbatim written response from Duly's coding review). They are walking on that fine line between aggressive billing and fraud. I hope it catches up to them.
