We hired College Craft to paint our down stairs level and 2 bathrooms. Scott and Terry were Great in setting up the job, and checking on the work during and after completion. The painters, Raul, Claudia, and George were FANTASTIC!, doing Exelent work, so professional, and excellent clean up too! We've lived here 40yrs, and my house looks So Beautiful I can't thank them enough! Totally happy, 5 stars! Dave and Wendy Johnston, Wheaton il.

They pay their Hispanic workers a flat rate when you see those men working 12-14 hours just know they are getting paid the same wage no time and a half really sad because we all have families. I use to work for you guys gave it my all every job arrived on time no help because I was the only African American worker and they showed me how black I was to them terry Is an obvious racist that needs to be taken off and Scott needs to go as well for letting terry instill that culture in their company sick I really thought I had a chance to show u guys my skills now I have my own company and I doing pretty good have a failing 2022 Updated as you can see from their response racism is in their culture dont waste your time with this jokkke of a company

Failed paint job with no corrective actions! In April 2021 College Craft painted my house with two coats of high grade paint. Terry was great to work with until the paint began to blister after a couple months. He came to inspect the blistering paint and during the process we notice numerous areas where a second coat of paint had not been applied. Terry agreed to send a crew out to repair the blistering and recoat the areas lacking the second coat. The crew never showed up. Repeated calls to Terry sounded promising when I was told each time that the crew would show up next week but they never appeared. Summer 2021 turned into Fall and then Winter. Spring 2022 I called Terry and once again he said they would be in touch in a week or two. Sure enough he never called back nor did a crew show up. Frustrated, I repaired the failed paint myself. Photos show some of the areas that I scraped and prepped before repainted. My recommendation is to avoid using College Craft! I gave them one star because ZERO wasn't an option. Great experience -start to finish. Dealing with Terry was a pleasure and his crew did an outstanding job.I gave then 5 stars because 6 was not an option.Would not consider using anyone else in the future
