I came into the store ready to cancel my service after numerous horrible customer service experiences with the call support center as well as fees and charges for things without my knowledge or consent. However , I am so glad I made an appointment to go to this location. Vinny helped me address the issues at hand and I ended up with a package that works for me at a much better rate. Everyone I interacted with while in store was very pleasant and respectful. Highly recommended! Its because of these individuals that Im staying an Xfinity user. Dont waste your time calling support. The team at this location will address your concerns and provide a stress free experience. Thank you Vinny!

Got an Xfinity Rewards email on 3/15 to upgrade to iPhone 15 for $300 off. Tried for 3 days to do it online with no success. Went to Rice Lake Xfinity store on 3/17 to get it done. After working on it for a while, Wiam said she couldnt do it and needed to send in a ticket to take care of some issue (I thought it was because I needed to upgrade to the latest 1G plan/$15) and that it could take several days to get a reply. I said the offer expires 3/21, will I still get the deal if no reply until after that date. Wiam asked the manage who Im 99% sure said I would still get the deal. Wiam gave me her card and said she would contact me. That afternoon I got an email from Xfinity saying my plan was upgraded successfully. So, I sent Wiam a text asking if that meant I could get the new phone now. I received NO response (but it had been read). Sent a text on 3/18 saying hope to hear from you soon. NO response (but read). Went into the store on 3/19 to get info and was (somewhat annoyingly) told by Wiam she was still waiting for a reply to the ticket she sent in and that she would contact me. On 3/21 I sent a text saying the deal expired that day and to let me know one way or the other if I was going to be able to get the deal. NO RESPONSE TO THAT TEXT OR ANY WORD FROM WIAM SINCE THAT DATE. Wasnt sure what else to do except leave this review. There was no point in sending another text that would go unanswered. No wonder Xfinity has such a lousy reputation. A perfect example of bad customer service. I gave 2 Stars though because the Greeter was very nice and friendly.
