Went in early morning to see if I can have a floral cross done. I was told it was not able to be done same day and same day delivery which was understandable. Ordered floral baskets instead. About two hours later they called back saying it can be done and be delivered. I was so so so happy! I ordered the floral cross and the baskets! I am beyond happy and Im sure grandma was happy with her cross for her funeral as well!

I live i California and order flowers for my mother in Glen Ellyn three times a year. Mom always loves them and pics sent back look great. Their delivery guy is great and helps Mom set the up. She's 97. I get the same woman on the phone each time and she is is so friendly and helpful. I order directly from the shop not thru a service like FTD.

Excellent service. Prompt, courteous, and efficient. Why use a big national firm when you can buy local and enjoy the process.
